Manage tasks

Output formatting flags (--json, --jq, and --template) are documented once in Output Formatting and are omitted from the tables below.

bctrl tasks cancel

Cancel the Task and revoke its delegated credential. Its Conversation remains busy until native cleanup is acknowledged.

bctrl tasks create

Run an Agent on the input in a new or existing idle Conversation. The Task starts queued; read or wait on it with GET /v1/tasks/{taskId}.

bctrl tasks get

Read Task status, structured output, artifacts, input request, Browser Runs and usage. Wait ends when the Task finishes or requests input.

bctrl tasks input

Answer its current input request by requestId, or steer a running Task. Approval applies only its immutable stored proposal.

List Tasks by Agent, Conversation, status and time in the selected tenant or Space.
