BCTRL meters every billable resource in credits, where one credit is $0.001. Your plan grants a monthly allowance, and browser time, proxy bandwidth, CAPTCHA solves, and AI tokens draw it down at the rates below.

How billing works
Your plan grants monthly credits
Each cycle starts with a credit stipend: $5 / $20 / $100 for Free / Developer / Business. Credits are the only currency for usage.
Usage draws down credits
Browser time, proxy bandwidth, CAPTCHA solves, and AI tokens debit credits at the rates below. AI tokens pass through at provider cost.
Top up or auto-reload
Developer and Business can buy credits anytime, or set auto-reload to top up automatically when the balance drops below a threshold. See Credits & top-ups. Free hard-stops when its monthly credits run out.
Your effective balance is monthly credits plus purchased credits, minus any outstanding debt. New billable work is blocked once it reaches zero.
Usage rates
Browser time is billed per second, with a 1-minute minimum. See Usage rates for the full reference, including static proxy pools and AI fallback rates.
FAQ
What is a credit?
A credit is $0.001 of usage. Plans grant credits monthly; metered usage spends them. Customers see dollar amounts, but the underlying unit is credits.
What counts as usage?
Browser runtime hours, managed proxy bandwidth, CAPTCHA solves, and AI tokens. AI tokens are billed at the provider’s cost.
What happens at my concurrency limit?
New runtimes wait until a slot frees up. Limits are 1 / 5 / 20 concurrent browsers on Free / Developer / Business.
What happens when my credits run out?
Free stops billable work. Developer and Business continue if you have purchased credits or auto-reload enabled; otherwise new billable work is blocked until you top up.
How long is my data kept?
Your plan sets a retention window for run history - events, activity, and recordings: 7 days on Free, 14 on Developer, 30 on Business. Run data ages out after that.
What happens when I change plans?
Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the rest of the cycle. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
How are subaccounts billed?
The organization pays. Subaccounts get per-subaccount budgets and usage attribution. See Subaccount billing.
